If you lack motivation for making your body and life better, watch this video. My last time improvement in running was 4 times ago. Four runnings with no luck to make my time better. Then - BOOM - marathon run of 3km and time improvement in half minute! 30 seconds is a lot if compared to this short track. Best time - 14:13mins. Marathon run - 13:43 mins and 10th place in Lithuania (my country). 5km run - 24:37 and 25th place in Lithuania. Not bad like for a beginner runner?? It is never easy to change your lifestyle. And you body. And your minds. And your own motivation. And self-esteem. But it is worth trying I have made my own fitness challenge at home - 40 days of crossfit excercises and better me in 40 days. ! I workout at home ! I have never attended gym ! I work only with my body weight, dumbbells and hoop ! I use my own technique which works perfect ! I plan to run next marathon on 26th of August in top 3 position ! I want to take personal trainer course ! I can help with food and exercise plan ! I have two kids. Full stop :) Nobody can stop you from being fit!!!!

Precise recipe: 4 large table spoons/scoops of oats/oat powder/oat flour 1 large banana 200ml of milk/almond milk/coconut milk/oat milk 1 small teaspoon/small scoop of honey/stevia/brown sugar 1 large table spoon/scoop 100% smooth peanut butter 1 scoop protein if you want extra portion of proteins - 1 fresh egg Bon appetit! I have already attended two marathons of 5km, I keep up the pace and train for upcoming one on 26th of August 2018. My time in running 3km has improved up to 14.14 mins and I am not going to stop until I get the medal on my neck. Training since april 2018 and not going to stop. Ever ! I workout at home !
