CSS3 Tutorial for Beginners: 43 Creating Custom CSS Pill Buttons
★ SUMMARY ★
Welcome to another CSS training video. Today what I’d like to do is share with you how to create some nice CSS buttons, and I’ll show you some different ways to play around with those. Once you have a basic understanding of how some basic CSS properties work, creating buttons becomes really simple, as you’ll see in this video.
I’m going to show you exactly how to create a professional looking button from scratch. And the way we’ll do this is simply by taking an anchor text element from HTML and styling it using CSS. We’ll change some of its properties, such as background color, font family, font weight, border radius, padding, text decoration, border, and we’ll add a nice transition to change the color of the button as the user hovers over it. In less than 10 minutes, we’ll have a good looking button that we can use for our website.
