Of course women find some men attractive. And of course a woman can have an intense reaction to seeing a very appealing man. But there’s still no comparison. The visual alone arouses men. It takes far more to arouse a woman than seeing naked men. If that’s all it took, most husbands would walk around the house naked whenever possible -- or at least every time they wanted sex. And the average heterosexual man is excited countless times a day simply by seeing women -- in person, on billboards, in magazines, on television, and even in his imagination. This is not the case for women. Yes, there are some male strip shows for women. But few women ever go, and the few who do attend them in groups, a “girls’ night out.” And for every one of those shows there are probably ten thousand female strip shows for males, most of whom attend alone, not as a participant in a guys’ night out. Let's be honest. There is no magazine featuring men's legs for women to look at and get aroused by. But there are websites and magazines of women's legs for men. And are women paying to view topless men? Men pay good money to look at topless women. Again, that doesn't mean women never get turned on by merely looking at some men. Of course they do. But it’s only some men -- on rare occasion a stranger, and more usually a celebrity. Men get turned on by any sight of female flesh on almost any female. How to shave your legs with a Safety Razor

PREP: Make sure to use good prep. Take a hot shower and wash your legs with a glycerin soap. You can even use a pre shave or some Conditioner if you don't have pre shave. Rub it on your legs and let it soften the hairs. LATHER: Put your lather right on top. You may have to build multiple lathers until you get used to making a decent lather. This is why I love shave sticks. Rub that bad boy on your legs and it will help supplement your lather so you know you have enough. Do one section of leg at a time. Lower, lower, upper, upper. You can even do lower front, lower back...This is so your lather doesn't dry out. You will get faster with time then can do one whole leg. Be patient! SHAVE: Make sure to shave with the grain first pass. You want to reduce the amount of hair. Then you can go across the grain. I would maybe leave out against the grain until you get a hang of it. I, personally, only do one pass. From ankle to hip, but if you are prone to irritation I suggest starting with out as I stated above. You can decide for yourself what passes are best for your legs. Be very careful around the knees and ankles. Use no pressure and keep the angle at about 30-35 degrees on all the curves. To make sure you have the correct angle, lay the head of the razor on your skin and rock it down until the blade touches your skin. To maintain the correct angle on all curves you will use short strokes. You want to change the angle with each curve of your leg. To get the back of your knee lock your knee and turn it inward. Then very carefully with no pressure get the inner part of the knee. With the back of the thigh I have had the best luck with bending down, or bringing the thigh up where my thigh is on my chest. This stretches the back of the thigh making it easier to shave. Do not shave on an area without lather. If you need to make touch ups, re-lather. Be very careful around all your curves/contours/muscles. I can not say it enough, use short strokes! When you are done you can re-lather any spots you feel need a little touch up then rinse with cool water and apply alum. Let the alum sit while you clean up your gear then rinse it off. For aftershave I prefer using a balm for moisturizing, or some Witch Hazel works nice. Remember to take it slow. You will get faster as your technique improves. Good luck and happy shaving!

Sumo squat and calf raise 2. Reverse lunge and knee lift 3. Close/wide squat jump 4. Side squat with knee raise How to do the exercise: Sumo squat and calf raise: Feet should be double shoulder width apart. Feet should point in a 45 degree angle. Squat down as low as possible or until your thighs are parallel to the ground. Raise up to the start position standing on the balls of your feet. Repeat Reverse lunge and knee lift: Lunge one leg backwards until you form a 90 degree angle in both legs. Keeping feet shoulder width apart come back to the start position raising knee as high as possible. Come back to the reverse lunge and repeat Close/wide squat jump: Squat with feet shoulder width apart. Raise up into a hop and spread legs into a squat where your feet are double shoulder width apart. Continue to alternate back and forth until you reach the desired reps Side squat with knee raise: Lunge to to the side until keeping knees behind the big toe. Touch the ground if possible then raise back up bringing the lunged leg up into a high knee. Repeat until you reach desired reps and switch sides. In this video, I’m going to give you 4 leg workout tips for mass that will help even the hardest of hardgainers to pack on size and start bulking up your legs in no time. The first thing that most guys with skinny legs get wrong is that they allow their ego and self consciousness get in the way of what they should be doing in their leg workouts. No doubt, it can be a bit intimidating to watch others around you squat multiple plates while you are struggling to lift even one big plate for clean reps. That’s ok. Everyone starts somewhere and if you choose to start further ahead of where you should be it is a mistake that is going to hold you back for years to come. Most guys with skinny legs will put more weight on the bar than they can handle in the squat and then proceed to crank out quarter reps. Not only is this robbing your legs of the stress that they can handle but you are doing this at the exclusion of doing the reps you should be doing to build bigger legs the right way. What you need to do is lower the weight to those that you can handle and get your intensity not from the heavier weights but from the high rep sets that you do in good form through full range of motion. The next thing the hardgainer has to do for his legs is learn how to properly push from the ground. There is no way that you are going to lift as much weight as you can in your leg workouts unless you learn how to push through your feet. An equal and opposite force is needed to lift the weight that is on your shoulders during a squat. There is no better place to learn this than with the deadlift exercise. The deadlift demands that you push through your legs during the first half of the left, beyond which point it becomes a pulling exercise. If you practice just the first half of the deadlift or combine it in one and a half rep fashion, you will build more strength through the legs off the floor.
