Se você já é um inscrito do canal, provavelmente lembra que eu estava apenas esperando recuperar meus livros para poder gravar pessoalmente com eles. Contudo, acredito que essa espera foi quase em vão especialmente em se tratando deste vídeo (pois haverão outros). Eu havia prometido mostrar trechos internos do livro no minuto 00:42 mas infelizmente o esqueci de fazer. O conteúdo está bom, porém, era para ter ficado melhor. Onliness Statement: Marty Neumeier’s concept of brand development centers on differentiation or “zag” but it is not simply minor differences, but that aspect of the brand that makes you one of a kind. The onliness statement is the representation of this difference. To ensure it is a true zag, you must be able to use the word “only”. If you are unable then you need to look at changing your strategy. Know who you are: Brands are a representation of you or your business. In order to build a brand, you must understand every aspect of your subject. You cannot express your authenticity or define you differences if you do not clearly know who you are, what you do or why you do it. Marty Neumeier walks you through a 17-point process in his book Zag to define every aspect of your brand including the who, what, and why, but also adding the how and for whom. Design Audit An objective appraisal of a design and how a company uses it can allow for insights in needed changes to design or updates to its usage. I see this being an effective tool when trying to redesign a particular piece associated with a brand, while at the same time ensuring there is consistency in its deployment. Resources: Best, K. With over 20 years of experience in providing quality healthcare, Pratiksha Group is an established name in East India. The brand wanted to launch their flagship project, ‘W Hospital’, with an exclusive focus on women’s healthcare. The health of a woman has a deep impact on families, communities and well-being of children. And with modern lifestyles, women are facing new healthcare challenges. The brand endeavours to serve women’s healthcare needs across all stages of their lives. Our task was to design the brand identity and establish W Hospital as a one-stop destination for women’s healthcare. The identity is inspired by the spiral goddess symbol. Spiral is a sign of female power through transition and growth. It also represents the eternal cycle of life. The triple spiral represents the three powers of maiden, mother and crone. A flexible identity system was designed, allowing us to extend the concept to all the different departments within the hospital.

You Matter Dynamic Moodboard

Much like my static mood board, the overall feel of this board is light, airy, calming, inspiring, and rewarding. The imagery I have chosen all represent the emotional and physical expectations a young single parent will get through this program. These photos have an overall inspiring, encouraging, and motivating tone. Fonts that I will be using rang from decorative, traditional, and contemporary. I want the typography to work its way from a whimsical typeface into a more structured form which also reflects the same concept in logo. As far as the music aspect of it all, I chose to use a calm yet motivating instrumental. I mixed a few sound effects in the music, as well as incorporated a voice over at the end. Wheeler (2013) stated in her book, "As bandwidth increases, sound is quickly becoming the next frontier for brand identity" (page 156). Knowing that sound in an important part of the You Matter brand identity, the music I used suggested an inviting, welcoming, relaxing mentorship program while still encouraging young parents to live a positive lifestyle.
