Great video. Will try harder to de clutter my clothes. My partner and I do have only one goal at a time. We always say "complete this one then try the next one" every time we come up with something we think we should try.

Without paying your monthly house rent, everyday food, electric bills, laundry and ironing is free too! stay with your family/relatives/friends and just ask them how you can give your fare share like paying the monthly internet wifi connection bills! Living in the Emirates is expensive specially half of my pitiful salary goes to my bedspace! So I saved half of it!

I definitely agree w/the social media thing, limit negetivity thing is also great. I limited going on FB...!! I definitely go IG a lot more just to see how many followers I have !! I love the set the clock thing...I never ever thought about that !! #BRAINYDOSE#😊😊

Every advice given in this video is actually awesome ! The only tip I would contest would be "limit your number of goals", unless I misunderstood, you should have many goals; but focus on one or two at a time. Take your time to think about it too. Since about two months, I proceeded to change my way of life : - Put my phone far away before sleeping - Waking up earlier (5h30 on weekdays, 7h on weekends or wake up naturally without alarm) - Making consciously my bed, opening my window and take a deep breath - 20 minutes Yoga three times per day and some stretches every day - Cold Showers - Intermittent Fasting (no longer eat in morning time, 16h fasting ideally) - Meditating (at least 5 minutes) - Uninstalled any social media application (except Facebook because of Messenger but no longer going there, never have been anyways) including Reddit - Reducing time passed on phone (installed an app called Space for that) - Eating a bit healthier too - Watching more useful and motivational videos (TED, Brainy Dose etc.) and less distraction videos I was always exhausted and depressed before those changes, now I feel a lot more productive, conscious and no longer badly tired. I'm still sometimes depressed but I handle it better. Sometimes I'm tired but it is good fatigue, not like before where it was mostly mental. I highly suggest to adopt a morning routine because you will fill your willpower bar by getting simple things done. There are more things I want and probably will implement on my daily life, but I'm taking my time. Slowly but surely, thank you Brainy Dose for your awesome videos ! :)

Thanks for sharing that info and thanks for watching! It sounds like you are on the right track. Keep going! Regarding goals, you can have many but focus on max 2 at a time. When you accomplish one of the two, you can add another.

I do all these things except for number 8. I have many goals. I wake up 4 am everyday and sleep at 9 pm. I also have a calendar, sticky notes and post it board around my study area or working area. I deactivated my fb account but I used messenger. I only watch YouTube to be updated. I also installed the Engrossed app to focus on my work. It's very helpful. Anyway, thanks for the video brainydose

How I simplify my life. I put all bags together. When I do laundry, I take the extra time to pair up socks. I immediately hang up our laundry. I keep things organized. I tell my husband whatever you need to take with you each day,keep it in one spot,all together, ready to go. Less stress.

Agree with most of these especially No 9 .. In my opinion I think a lot will depend on a persons mindset & how they think about life .. Removing Facebook & other social media platforms will help anyone to a simpler life .. No more fake news or manipulation by the main stream media ....
