My labels came out perfectly on my Cameo 3. Excellent video and explained accurately. Thank you!

The only thing I am seeing on these videos is the ads.  There are no videos on making labels.  How odd is that?

Hi! I know this is 2 years ago, but I need help! I am making rectangle labels for my candles. I have the right size. I add an image and text. I group them to the rectangle. they print perfect but when I cut them it cuts one right and the others it either cuts to high and cuts off the top half or to low and cuts off the bottom. I have no clue what I am doing wrong. help!

I am going to order one and after watching your video I decided that it's not that difficult so the only thing I didn't understand is which starter Bundle you Got. I don't want to buy more than What I need to do Just labels, But I do want to buy enough. Thank You so much for this video. I can't wait to get started. I seen your picture of the amazon page but I cant make out the starter bundle you got. sorry

I know this is older but just wanted to mention to those with ocd? you can just hold down the shift key while making your circles, or square, or a line to keep it perfect circle, square or for the line in a straight line the direction you started off in.

If I change the line color to none will it not cut the text anymore ?
Sarah Milroy (2 years ago)
You will need to click on the line that you do not want cut, go to the "cut" button and click "no cut". Even if you can't see the line, it will still cut it unless you turn the "cut" feature off. :) Good luck!

Thank you Sarah, I found out the hard way that after printing, say a label with text, a person needs to click "no Cut" so that the text is not cut also. Maybe you can add that to your videos. Anyway, Your videos are helpful :)

How well does it work if you let's say... make labels in Microsoft word. Print them on Sticker paper and then cut them with the silhouette cameo? So you've made your own Sticker Labels?

Hi! Love your videos! I am hoping you can answer my question, as no one has been able to. I want to make labels, but add my jpeg logo within it. PLEASE tell me how to do it. TIA
Hi Sarah, So I've watched this video over and over. I finally decided that this is how I want to design and cut labels. But when I write anything and print it out, it doesn't show up printed.... I'm so confused.

Thank you so much. My cameo and curio will be arriving today and I can't wait to try them on some orders I have to ship out this weekend. Love your video.

Soo...did you print this from the silhouette or did you use the silhouette software to design and print on your printer and then use the silhouette to cut it out?
Sarah Milroy (3 years ago)
+Royal Mermaid The Silhouette does not have printing capability, but these were designed with the Silhouette software, printed on my own printer, and then cut with the Silhouette. :) Hope that helps!

Sarah can you try to do carton box for your product? I want to see if it could do that job before buying. I want to do several hundred.

Thank you for creating this video! Next month I am launching my candle line and I am going back and forth on whether I should hire a graphic designer to create logos and labels for the candles. But this Cameo machine looks pretty amazing. Do you know if it can print up 70-100 labels in a month?
Kristen Sanborn (3 years ago)
+The Xpressionistic It depends on your home printer and how much time you want to spend at your cameo cutting everything out, honestly. But yes, it can handle cutting 70-100 labels a month.

You are a natural teacher! I don't have a Cameo yet, but I downloaded the software since someone said that it is free to use, but I didn't know how to start designing.

Thank you so much for your simple easy to understand tutorial

I use this machine as well.  The easiest thing to make all my unique labels.    Thanks for sharing.  Tip for folks, if you have every used Illustrator, then you will have no problem with this program, same principle.
LindaLuxable (3 years ago)
Does this come with a design manual?
Suzy Whitten (4 years ago)
I love my Silhouette Cameo.  I used mine for labels too, but mine are pretty basic. I'm sure I could use the Cameo for so many other things, but I've never mastered all it's uses.  Thanks for the video, Sarah
