Forgiveness will create more problems and and gives multiple chnaces for manipulators to attack on normal human beings. So forgiveness is not a healthy habit. It is self destructive quality. Instead of that one should adopt the unforgiveness and punish the manipulator whenever a right chance came is the good strategy. Entertaining manipulators in the name of forgiveness leads to death.
Am I less of a person cause I smoke am I dumb cause I have an addiction is bad I found one thing that does help my stress am I a bad person cause I smoke I believe everyone has an addiction to something good or bad and we have been taught threw life to pick up habits like doing the dishes or going to school being on time getting dressed even the habit we do everyday so please I would love to stay young and not be yellowed by smoking and into days day I am looked down on and made to look bad all over why I have an addiction and the people of the world put it out there to become one same with drinking now that changes someone but it's allowed I don't want to be thought of less worth and ridiculed by others or just made not to feel equal . How am I a bad less of a person cause I smoke no I'm not proud of it but making me feel bad about my addiction makes me feel less of a person and down on my self and that makes more stress and more smoking it's an endless battle sometimes but making people feel bad is not right I am a good person I know I give all I can to help or be there for others but a stranger sees me light up they already made up there mind of what kind of person I am never the less they are addicted to something in there life which they don't like to admit or recognise as an addiction so please tell me how does give anyone the right to judge what kind of person that I am by me smoking please quit pointing figures and the dirty looks and preaching I know what it does I read the dam box they come in I don't need the the money preaching the facks and looking down on me there not better then me telling me what I already know it's the behavior of others showing there idea that where not excepted and not worth knowing because of our addiction it hurts to see disappointment and disapproval from people and that is making me feel less of myself how does that help me why do you shake that figure so hard why do you make me feel bad about my self I know it's not good and if I had a solution I would still smoke cause I don't have an answer to help me real with my stress yet until I do I have to face life feeling like an out fast and not accepted in to being a person with an addiction it hurts being an outcast and looked down soon for this please quit making me feel bad for who I am .
Drinking and eating too hot ruins teeth. No brushing or too much brushing teeth, no flossing between, wear tight shoes, or high heels, risk sports, fucking with wrong people. Eating barbeque and/or other smocked foodstuffs, drinking milk and eating dairy products. Taking too many pills...using hairspray and others, living between plastics...clothes, plastic items of furniture...owning a car! Drinking bad water (fracking area) living near a nuclear testing place or a highway or a big road.
Sleeping less than 7 hours is just bullshit....just come to India..here yogis sleep just 3-4 hours..and even many people too that including me...i have never seen this active...sleep is just a way to give body rest.... and that depends on what u ate and how much you work...

It helps by knowing ..where you come from? Get to know that lifestyle how do your people live believe n live by? We were built for survival but not the way life is now..worrying about money food n useless things. Get a blood test, study your lineage, about the country n their lives. Then I'll live a proud happy long life!
What difference does it make?? You will die and your body will rot in a grave or else be burned to ashes. Who gives a damn. Concern yourself with the eternal destination of your soul. Forget your 60,70,80,90 years here, not even a breath to eternity.
Worst thing I have experienced about aging is when you suddenly end up alone because no one wants to hang with you anymore. People assume you are weak and too old to hang with them as a friend. You wind up spending holidays alone and go out to dinners alone (since I've been divorced). Women usually have more of a support group or at least some friends to support them. Men usually don't.
Such an enlightening video. I'm guilty of a few such as sleeping with my head pressed to a pillow or drinking from the bottle. I'm also guilty of crash eating in away, when I don't actually eat to my fill and skip meals. One thing keeps bordering me though and its if masturbation is one of these haste aging thing too?

Walk 1 hr everyday or 5 days a week, its an antiaging in a bottle. Drink water everyday, eat lots of green and fruit. Meditate, keep your heart our of anger and jealousy, peace in your heart will reflect to your face. Always remember. Getting old is a cellular thing, if u dont keep inside healthy, no botox or fillers will make u look young. This is just conception of perception, 🤦🏿♂️ there is a lot of factors that effect the aging process, even your race, just like the idea of perception (yes there is science behind it but even with that, the contrary happens so it supports my point) of smoking cigarettes..... a smoker can get lung cancer smoking few cigarettes, or they don’t get lung cancer and they smoke heavily... just like a none smoker can get lung cancer f🤷🏿♂️
