Do they make a wider dispenser for an 8.5x11 sheet?
GoodSpiritSoapCo (4 days ago)
Lillian Karroum I Don’t think they do but what I do is when printing your labels and your not wasting all that sticker paper on a 8.5 x 11 sheet I just print thank you stickers or whatever you want and that way it’s used up and you can just cut to fit your 6 inch dispenser and also have the thank you stickers when packaging your orders. Hope that helps :)

So i used packing tape and my labels are peeling up i was wondering if you experienced the same thing ? Is it that my tape is too thick or the labels I’m using (return address labels )
Xplorando Network (29 days ago)
Interesting, wasn't aware of such little machine for tape. You might want to explore some glossy high res papers for normal inkjet, surprisingly there are some that are waterproof, in those cases it's the paper what makes the prints waterproof (the ink doesn't matter). Also, there are some sprays that make your print at least 80% waterproof, but not immersion proof (for hours).

What is the name of the cutting machine for the labels anyone help

Hi Tara where can I get the paper cutter you were using?
NukaManGaming (3 months ago)
Would this work with glass soda bottles? And can it resist hot water (say the bottle soaks for hours in the hot water)

mod podge is far superior to this method.

Tried it, mod podge doesn’t hold up as well

How does this method compare to just buying weatherproof labels that are already protected?
CandyApple Momo (2 months ago)
+katy I just checked out these thanks for sharing.....
thomas oliver (6 months ago)
it takes longer and the edges bleed when wet.
thomas oliver (6 months ago)
+katy because those labels are only in white i use the pastel yellow labels by online labels. im currently coating with rustoleom kraft spray but i wont something else
katy (6 months ago)
They’re called weatherproof labels. Here’s a link to the inkjet kind in a full sheet 8.5 by 11. This should make it soooo much easier and saves you a lot of time! https://www.onlinelabels.com/Products/OL177WI.htm
TaraLee (8 months ago)
I’m not sure. I didn’t know you could buy waterproof labels. (Other than the professionally made ones that are really expensive.) Could you send me a link to some water proof labels? I’d like to check them out.

Nice! Are you using plastic bottles and jars or glass? Does the sticker paper stick better to one than the other?
Da Malat (9 months ago)
Great video. When we started our spice blends business, I struggled to find a quick method to make home printed labels splash proof. After a lot of experimenting, I found that printing onto a standard sheet of labels (Avery or similar) then spaying the sheet with Automotive clear coat paint (2 x coats) worked perfectly.
TaraLee (9 months ago)
ooooh great idea, never thought about try that method. Thanks a lot for sharing :)

This was a very good video. I'm looking to put labels on the bottom of greasy salad dressing bottles. When I wash, I submerge bottles for a while, not just a quick dip. Would you be able to test these on both greasy and soaking wet environments. Thanks a lot.

Question, I have different size bottles (ex: 1 dram and 1oz ) would this 6” tape dispenser work? Or do I have to get a different size?
TaraLee (1 year ago)
I make labels for bottles and containers ranging from .5 oz to 8 oz. So this size dispenser should work :D thank you so much for watching.

wondering what laser inkjet printer do you use/would recommend? Thanks in advance!
TaraLee (1 year ago)
I use the Epson Expression, but to be honest I really don't recommend it. It can sometimes have really bad printing quality and I am constantly doing head cleanings and alignments to it. I really need to look into getting a better quality printer sometime. Unfortunately I have only had this printer for about a year so I want to get some use out of it before I have to buy a new one. I am sorry I couldn't be any help, but at least you know not to get the Epson Expression. lol thank you so much for watching btw :D
